INGREDIENTS
- 120 unsalted butter
- 70g brown sugar
- 80g white sugar
- 80g pumpkin puree
- 210g flour
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spices
- 1/4 tsp instant coffee
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp yeast
- 75g white chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
- Beat the butter with the two types of sugar until everything is well integrated.
- Add the pumpkin and continue mixing.
- Add the flour, coffee, baking soda and yeast, mix everything well.
- Finally, add the white cholotale chips.
- With the help of an ice cream spoon, make balls that are placed on a baking tray with baking paper. Or you can put the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour so that it cools and is easy to handle with your hands.
- Place it in the preheated oven at 180C for 13 or 15 minutes.
- While it is cooling, we frost it on top with Philadelphia cheese and icing sugar and stir until the consistency changes and it is as sweet as we like. I added 50g of cream cheese and 40g of icing or powdered sugar.
