Valentine's Day Nutella Donut

Valentine’s Day Nutella Donut

Valentine’s Day is coming soon and these donuts are turning out great. They are the same ones I always make at home, which my girls like, but dipped in pink chocolate (although it was supposed to be red) and with some sprinkles).

INGREDIENTS

  • 120g Nutella
  • 120ml milk
  • 80g sunflower oil
  • 80g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 120g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put the Nutella and the milk in a container and if it cannot be easily mixed, heat it a little in the microwave and this way it is much easier to stir and integrate the ingredients.
  2. Add the sugar, oil and egg, all little by little and without stopping stirring.
  3. Finally, add the sifted flour and baking powder.
  4. Now add the salt.
  5. When all the ingredients are well mixed, use an ice cream scoop to spread the dough into the previously greased donut molds.
  6. Place in a preheated oven at 180 C for approximately 18 minutes, depending on the oven.
  7. Remove from the oven and leave on a rack for about 10 minutes.
  8. Carefully remove from the mold and allow to cool at room temperature.
  9. We can eat them like this, which is how my daughters like it best, or we can cover them with a little melted milk, dark or white chocolate and wait for it to harden.

By the way, I will soon be posting a step-by-step video of the entire process of how to make a perfect and delicious Mini Nutella Brownie Recipe.
