Mousse de mango

Mango mousse

If one day you want something sweet and fresh, but not to make something very elaborate, you just have to make this recipe. Ojo thinks that the tastier and sweeter the mangoes you use, the richer this dessert will be. I hope and wish that you like it as much as I do.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500g mango (2 and a half mangoes)
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 180g cream cheese or Philadelphia
  • 300ml condensed milk
  • 350ml evaporated milk
  • 10 Maria cookies

DIRECTIONS

  1. With an electric mixer, mix all the ingredients except the cookies.
  2. With our hands we chop the cookies.
  3. In some small glasses we put a layer of cookies, then on top the cream or mixture that we just made, and finally again more cookies.
  4. If the glasses are quite big, maybe we should put another batch of cookies in the middle. So in each spoonful we can find the crunchy part of the cookie.
  5. We take it to the refrigerator for at least 3 hours so that the mixture takes consistency.
  6. To garnish we can put pieces of mango or other fruit or even a little cream or whipped cream.
