- Grated cheese
- Corn
- Red pepper
- Bacon
- Onion
- Ground pepper

DIRECTIONS
- Chop all the ingredients that we want to put into small pieces.
- Beat the eggs, the amount will depend on the ingredients and the number of muffins we want to make.
- Mix all the ingredients in a container, with the eggs, lots of grated cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
- Divide the batter into a cupcake tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180C for about 18 or 20 minutes or until the muffins are ready.
