- 4 or 5 small potatoes
- 1 head of garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tsp butter (25g)
- 50 ml of cream
DIRECTIONS
- Boil the potatoes, always with their skins on, in a pot with plenty of water, until they are pierced with a knife and come out and come in easily.
- While we are going to cut the top part of the garlic head and put it in an aluminum foil with a little oil and salt, make a ball and take it to the air fryer at 180C for 15 minutes.
- When the potatoes are ready, they are peeled and put in a container and with the help of a fork or a mashed potato, mash the potatoes and add salt and pepper to taste.
- The cream is also added and continues mixing.
- Now add the peeled garlic and the oil that has been released from cooking it and continue mixing.
- Finally, add the butter and season with salt.
