Delicious Lemon Cream

When you suddenly have a visitor or you don’t have much time to surprise with dessert, you can always make this creamy or sparkling lemon that is delicious and is a very good dessert for after very heavy meals. Only three ingredients are needed: evaporated milk, condensed milk and lemons. Let’s not forget that both milks have to be very cold.

INGREDIENTS

  • 400ml evaporated milk
  • 400g condensed milk
  • 5 lemons
  • Lemon zest

DIRECTIONS

  1. We take the condensed and evaporated milk out of the fridge.
  2. We beat the very cold evaporated milk until it triples in size.
  3. In another bowl we are going to beat the condensed milk with the juice of the 5 lemons and the zest of a lemon.
  4. We are going to combine the two milks together and a super creamy and foamy mixture will be formed.
  5. We place it in some small glasses and decorate it with a little dark chocolate or some fruits such as strawberries, or berries.
  6. We keep it in the fridge and consume it whenever we want.
